Simple Breakfast Casserole

10 eggs (egg beaters do fine)
2 1/2 cups of milk
1/4 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup Velveeta cheese
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese
3 slices bread buttered and cubed
1 cup sausage
1/4 cup green pepper chopped

1/3 Cup Shortening
About 3/4 Cup Milk
