2 Cups Flour
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/3 Cup Shortening
About 3/4 Cup Milk
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix together dry ingredients. Cut Shortening into the dry mix with a pastry blender or 2 butter knives (used scissors-fashion), until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal.
